Hello Stana, and ToxicGrenadier !!! Thanks you thanks you for this "classic" match up, on CoH since 20 years :) !! "He love the Grenadier" ... Yes. "The models of Grenadiers are Toxic". Not really :) !! Let's go for a short Tactics and Strategies !! ... First, 2 "cocky" players on the field. Skilled, Aggressive. This "game" was rich in emotions for theses guys... ...Second, but for the strategic's lesson, we should come back another day. The "game" has leaned on each side, according to the errors of strategies... ...Third, Honor for Stana, who give the "replay". Well, US Side, "early game", missed, because US Riflemen need US Scout, not US Engineer (or Assault Engineer). The reason is pretty simple => US Scout long range DPS erases the gap between US Riflemen and Grenadier. Marry US Scout and US Riflemen stop the Grenadier actions and that allow a punishment, front of ungrouped army when TTK come. Howewer, a couple of US Engineer counter PzGrenadier (look at the replay between 13:50 and 14:10). "Middle game" on the clock, Stana success this part. Too poor in number of US Engineer, that was tought, but ToxicGrenadier was ungrouped... ...Fourth, WM Side now. ToxicGrenadier is "all good" on "early game". He understood the "good" WM combined army on this part, and he take immediatly an advantage on the Stana's mistake. Unfortunatly, his strategic's abilities stop here. ToxicGrenadier thinks PzGrenadier can solve all "middle game" issue (kept frontline, make damages, everywhere, in same time). Well, that is not always true. Since a few moment, Relic's Devs sayed that : PzGrenadier can take "assault", only on specific situations => Indeed, PzGrenadier is a frontline unit, defensive. PzGrenadier take assault option with "overnumber" and never on "close combat unit", like Engineers, Rangers etc... So, ToxicGrenadier makes the "bad" strategic choice for his "middle game" => 2 US Assault Engineers already here => T2 options was required (or T3's Stummel, minimum). ToxicGrenadier loose "Middle Game" and let's all the fuel. Too Bad !! ... ...5th, Stana is not begging. "Late Game" on the clock with all this fuel => US War Machine Sherman "Easy 8" every 2 mins. ToxicGrenadier call the DPS model unit what his frontline need since 10min to crush US Frontline. But, the "timing" is so important in "strategy". This Brummbar arrive too late to save the issue. US Frontline, without US Assault Engineer (lost), bleed on the PzGrenadier/Brummbar actions. Howewer, 3 "Easy 8" chase on the field. WM PaK40 are dizzy, Panzerfaust's Grenadier are too few, and PzGrenadier dies "standing" (who "sayed" on CoH1 :D)... ... Well "GG WP" for Stana !! And, ToxicGrenadier need to learn the "WM Middle Game" strategies to "step up" !!! Thanks you for this game, guys. ;)
