dingo and mathilda have no power here!

Probably it was not RNG. It was armor upgrade for halftruck and burst bug. When vehicles with MG fire, the burst will fire untill it is done, even out of range and out of aim angle. Dingo is weak at long range, thanks to lower fire rate.
