So is this the new US meta? And axis gets hot fix?

I am seeing so many players are doing this new strat with US to build scouts and then upgrade them to arty observers and for some reason extremely effective even at low level player hands.

We won this match but I wonder does relic know how broken this battlegroup is since its release and it has NEVER got a single nerf?
