Hello Bunkerbuster. Theodosios is amazing... but he was already on CoH2, 10-15 years ago. Theodosios is a very well organized player. He has very good skills, he does not make tactical or strategic mistakes. And, his combined army is almost always well placed. To win against Theodosios, you must succeed in breaking this harmony, or lead him into a tactical impasse. In this game, you lost on the strategy... We can summarize the game on 2 major points. The first one, the "early game" was lost. This is not a criticism. But, the "matchup" WM <=> UKF is not balanced on the "early game". The Royal Engineer (1 free at the start) is a threat to all your units. But, for the Pioneer, it’s not... before the flamethrower. So, build a Pioneer, and use the fast tech for a PzGrenadier, that increased the unbalance situation. Despite all your efforts, the "map control" has escaped you and the Sniper could not do enough damage to delay the Humber (reduce Manpower income). With so little fighting, the "8 Rad" arrived late, and you were forced to play "defensive" by relying on 2 PaK40, which reduced the number of frontline units... Second point. Bunkerbuster, you’re known for turning your front line into a mechanized line and protecting it with PaK40. With a "snow ball" it can be very effective. But your strategy has a weakness. It will work very badly if the frontline of your opponent is composed of AT weapons (US Bazooka, UKF boys). Finally, there is one last tactical element that you missed, but that Theodosios used => the view! Theodosios used a Humber, but also scope guns riflemen to organize himself. On the other hand, the sight abilities on the "8 Rad" have not been used (Commander vet 1 ability + Scope upgrade). Under his conditions, it is impossible for you to see the weaknesses and flaws in Theodosios's organization, and to use your army to good effect. The "8 Rad" were destroyed and the number of frontline units (infantry + vehicle) became lower than your opponent. The map control could never be taken back, and you ended up without tickets... In short, you have found a strategy that can put many players in trouble. However, your strategy has weaknesses. Every time you will be against a good level player who knows them, you will lose. Bunkerbuster, you are very strong. But if you want to be great, you have to learn how to adapt and learn how to finish the games in different ways, chosen according to the opposition... Thanks you for this exchange high skilled game !! ;)
